Re: is anyone else's game acting like it's the first time its being played?

Whenever i go into CAS it puts me in a tutorial (when im not) and it stops me from doing ANYTHING. Meaning after ages of progress I have to just quit the game. This last couple months have been hell with bugs and crashes, and I never used to get them that much let alone multiple 24/7. PLEASE FIX THIS BROKEN GAME
