Wish someone would address this, but no one from EA will. Apparently this has been an issue for many console Simmers for a couple YEARS now, and they don't even give updates on whether or not they're working on it. The service is terrible. Live chat agents read from a script and every single one will tell you to do the same things you've already done twenty times, tell you to contact either Sony or Microsoft/Xbox because it just HAS to be a console problem even though Sims 4 is the ONLY game crashing and does it with new saves and on other ps4 consoles including one brand new from the store. They can't even admit it's their product with the issue.
Hopefully you'll have better luck then the rest of us getting this resolved.
