Save file is gone
I opened my xbox sims game and my sims save file is gone and so are all my sims! I hope there's something someone can do to help!

your file should still be there, you just don't have an active household.
If you go on load save, do you see your save ? What happens if you load the save game ? Do you still have the Sims ?
