Sims 4 crashing

I have every pack and at this point I’m crashing.. out. It’s been years and I’m finally done. EA I want a full refund for every pack because this is daylight robbery. Thousands spent on this empty and buggy game with 20 minute loading screens offering less than what games from the 90’s could provide IF we even make it into the game and we’re tired. Give me my money back. Shameeeeeeee 👉🏻
