I’ve also had nothing but problems since I purchased for Christmas. After I built my second house it does nothing but crash. I see the same screen as you about every 5 minutes. It’s beyond frustrating and I haven’t wanted to play for over a month now because of the crashing.

1) Please make sure your PS4 firmware is up-to-date.
2) If your firmware is up-to-date and you're still experiencing crashing, please hit the "Report Problem" button when it crashes and include as much information as you can about what you were doing in-game.
3) You can also post here if you like, with information about what you were doing in game prior to the crash. (The more details, the better.)
Unfortunately, the error code that a crash provides is generic and doesn't give us much information.
- Ive had this problem also. The game worked fine for the first 2 months that I had it on the ps4 platform. After downloading the city living dlc and the dine in dlc, I began to build a larger house in willow creek and after finishing about 75% of the house the error code above would show and crash my game. Its is almost like the game cannot handle the size of the house or at least the data that the house holds. After the crash I would go back into the application and attempt to rebuild all of the progress that I lost (saving frequently) and the closer i came to finishing the house the quicker the game would crash. I updated my ps4 to 5.03, checked for any updates for the sims 4 application (there were none), and reinstalled the application. After reinstalling the application and its dlc's. The game continued to crash at the same consistency. My brother has the disc version of The Sims 4 on the ps4 platform and has the exact same problem.
I get this error every time I attempt to place a door.
A mi me pasa lo mismo desde ayer, al construir una casa nueva cuando pongo una puerta o la segunda se me cuelga el juego con ese error, lo probe en distintas cuentas y consolas sigue el problema en todas ellas, es un fallo del juego deberian de arreglar
I also started having same error CE-34878-0 last week after the new updates. Sims 4 crashes every time at some point when building (placing a new door or window makes it crash). I am unable to play the game. I can only build for a very short while and the game just crashes with the same error when placing a door or window. I don't have this error with any other games. Yesterday I even bought the non-disc version and expansion pack from the ps store and they give the same error. My PS 4 and Sims 4 have the newest updates and i suspect that the new updates made this problem.
Please help.
