Sims 4 not loading (xbox one)

I bought the business and hobbies expansion pack and tried to load up a save on my sims. There was no problem loading into the home screen, but when I tried to load up my most recent save it freezes about 75% of the way through, I have deleted all my other saves except my most recent, I have restarted my xbox, I have even uninstalled my game and the 20 add ons I have, which was so time consuming and frustrating. I have paid so much money and spent the past 3 hours attempting to simply load into the game and keep getting stuck on the loading screen. I don’t know what else i can do to fix it.
