My game is doing same thing also happened when it's adjusted the griffin for better quality of playing it's shut completely off on Xbox one console

Littlebit201820 What game are you playing? There's no version of Sims 3 for XBox One.
I'm playing sims 4 on Xbox one console and it's keep shutting down also plus I have to report to Xbox live support before I can play it
Yes I know they are not sim 3 for Xbox playing sim 4 when ever I can get it to play
