Hi, On xboxone Im unable to save any of my save files and can't I use the gallery, I can't upload my builds or sims.

Hello,
Could you provide a bit more detail on what's going on please- are you seeing an error when you try to save, and what are you seeing exactly in the Gallery?
Hi, when I try to save the game it says "error",on the gallery, if I try to download a build or a sim it says" item is corrupted"
I'm also on xbox one and had the same issue sorta. My build said it was saved to the gallery and my library but it's gone.
I'm having that problem too.
