Startup bug

Sometimes when I turn my Sims4 on there is this bug where it will restart my game as if i’m starting from scratch, so i always have to turn it off. It usually takes 2-4 times to turn the game back on before all my data and packs come back.

If you could try and sort this bug out i would really appreciate it.
