My sims 4 wont get past this screen why is this happening all of a sudden. There is no mods or custom content im on ps4 console. This is extremely frustrating!!!!!

@JJ11890 I’ve been having the same issue, and nowhere am I seeing any way to fix this.
I’ve progressed really far and I’d be super upset if I need to erase everything.

Hey there, @JJ11890 and @BilboSwaggins982.

Let's try restarting the PlayStation 4, if you haven't already. I know I have a bad habit of just letting my PlayStation sleep and think that's sufficient, but sometimes it does need a full 'reboot', so to speak.

To restart a PlayStation 4:

Press and hold the PS button for at least 1 second

Select [Turn Off PS4]

Once the console is off, turn on the console again

I tried restarting thr ps4 that is not helping anything. Ive also turned the ps4 completely off for several hours nothing is working!

Hi there, I am having the same issue and I have tried to restart My PS4 and restore the licenses multiple times but nothing works. It is stuck on the screen (see attached) and no amount of poking the X button will do anything. This issue only happened after I downloaded the Realm of Magic Add-on. Please help as I cannot play the game!!

Sul sul, @Hatiro01.

Let's try a few more things to see if we can get you back into the game.

Check to make sure your PS4's system software is up to date.

Try a cold boot of your console. In this case, don't just restart it, but shut it completely down and unplug it from the wall for 1-2 minutes. This helps clear the cache of the console.

Make sure your PS4 is currently set as your primary console.
