I am on the xbox and to be honest I really do not like that fact you have changed the bumper buttons and the LT and RT in game playI'm so used to pressing bumper to pause the game, I really can not understands why you keep changing our controls about its really annoying, you say its to improve game play but its not it just makes it a pain to play and having to learn the controls all over again, its like learning to drive on the other side of the road with a car that is not from your country. I also noticed you have not change the save button back to A its still RT which I can not understand why that was changed too.I love the fact you have put the menu back to the way it was in the build mode being able to scroll up and down and not have to use the cursor and being able to close the menu again so we can see the whole build is wonderful so thank you for doing that.I am looking forward to not having to keep selling my washing machines and rebuying them.

@EA_CadeI am BEGGGGIIIING you to revert the live mode changes.Switching how we pause the game/switch sims is absolutely not needed. We have been playing the same way for years and it is ingrained in our muscle memory.Now we are suddenly speeding up our game instead of switching sims.Please please change that back.Editing to say when in full screen mode (tab mode for pc players), the same button used to zoom in, now also presses play on the game which makes taking screenshots impossible. As a person who tells stories on Twitter, that’s a no go for me anymore.

Can R1/L1 be time again and R2/L2 be the sim change?

Please can you explain to us why you continue to make changes to our controls that are without any community research or inclusion? This is the second time you’ve made a huge change to our controls and both times it has been for the worse. Thank you for reverting some of our BB controls. But we aren’t out of the woods there yet. mad for the changes to live mode. What inspired this change and who on the play testing team thought it was, firstly, necessary. And secondly made any sense. Switching the triggers and bumpers not only goes against the muscle memory we’ve developed over many many years but also means that the controller has to be held incorrectly, and I say incorrectly as they are designed to fit the hand a certain way, and it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t want the weight of the controller to be on my middle fingers which are wedged under the trigger and between the grip. That’s not how that works. To clarify I’ll use the example of playing a FPS game. You use the triggers to shoot and the bumpers for projectiles because that correlates to the frequency you use them and the accessibility reflects that. None of us are moving time around so much as to warrant switching between our sims being our secondary function. So yes. Why? Who? In what universe is this what we want. We asked you to undo what you did last time and you chose to double down and change another huge thing without asking us? Switch it back and save us all the massive headache that is starting petitions and lobbying the socials endlessly.

The Camera mode after the update is buggy. When you zoom in or zoom out in camera mode it increases or decreases the game speed for some reason. It only pauses once you zoom out Mutiple times. I play on the Xbox one and currently have these issues after the new update.

Since the update today the R2, (trigger button) on PS4 which is used to delete notifications and confirm "ok" on many choices in the game, INCREASES the game speed. So every time you use it for "ok" or to clear notifications, the game jumps to 2X speed. Did EA even play test this?

Thank you, would you mind also filling out a report here for this one as it sounds like a bug?

If we can gather other examples of this happening I can flag it to the right people for investigation.
