I cannot get the washer and dryer to work for console.
I have it fully upgraded and it worked fine before the update in the exact location it was in. I’ve moved hampers, deleted hampers, rearranged, stacked, deleted and bought new ones. They just will not work.
I also have no mods as I’m playing on console. Now sure what’s up or if anyone else is having this issue.

Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day, Toddler Stuff, Vintage Glamour, Backyard Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Romantic Gardens, Movie Hangout, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio and Luxury Party Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do a load of laundry.
What happens when the bug occurs? It says no available washing machine. Fully upgraded etc. I cannot tell anything else is going on?
What do you expect to see? when I first got the pack I had absolutely no issues. I could click a hamper and it would pop up “load to washing machine”
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No I’m on console
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? seems like after the last patch

Just to be sure, which platform are you playing on? Your report mentions PC, but also console.
Hey! Yes this is on all lots! I always play on only Console, Xbox one s.
it’s not a huge deal I mean I could delete all of that but it sucks paying for a pack you just can’t use.
I’ve tried everything I’ve read in threads to fix it and nothing is fixing my issues.
