Why doesn't the vampire perk system work on any console

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Newest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All apart from island living, my wedding story, stranger ville, parent hood, toddler stuff, luxury party, and a few others I forgot the names
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the Sims 4 vampires on console because the whole perk system doesn't work on console and hasn't since realm of magic
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't give your vampire any perks or weaknesses
What do you expect to see? You expect to see nothing because the curser doesn't even move to click on a perk or weakness you just see the tree but can't interact with it
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Ever since realm of magic came out
The vampires perk tree has been broken on every single console since realm of magic it makes the pack completely unusable and it's extremely upsetting especially considering how long the Sims team has had to fix it and how many of us have told the Sims team it doesn't work on any console
