Won't let me choose a different branch of aspirations

My sim just finished the painter extraordinaire aspiration and I'm trying to choose a new one but it won't let me go up to the different branches. I've tried pressing every button but nothing works. ...

Mine isn't that bad. It's just like that with aspirations. I really don't want to uninstall the game either because I don't want to lose my progress. When I get home I'll try restarting my ps4 and see if that helps
