XBOX Free DLC’s I’ve had since buying game have all disappeared since new update
I have been playing the sims 4 on Xbox for months now and have loved it and found escape in it despite the debt I’m in now. The game gave me some free packs and stuff like vampire, pets, cottage, etc… but after the update all of that is gone all at once. I’ve had pets since downloading the game. All my saves are now unplayable and I’m really freaking out. To make them completely playable again I’d have to spend over 100 dollars. If those packs are gone for me unless I pay I simply think I’ll fall into depression because I can’t afford that and I’ll just give up on the game despite all the money and effort I put in. Please tell me this is a glitch. I went into the add on and made sure they were all installed which they are. The $100 is with the 50% off sale.
In that case you'll want to get in contact with Xbox support so they can review your account and billing information a bit further and see what's happened with your packs.
