xbox: Some packs i bought wont download

the day after the update i got onto resume my regular play to notice that it said i had numerous items uninstalled. first thing i noticed was all of my jewellery gone then noticed everything from that pack was gone so i checked my manage game and saw that that pack ( Crystal Creations) was installed so i tried again and the pack( Crystal creations) was in fact not there. so I've uninstalled the entire game and all packs and reinstalled everything.. but it will not download Crystal Creations Stuff Pack and the Street Eats Digital content now. PLEASE HELPPP
