Intenta continuar la instalación aún con el error, si el juego se instala, cuando termine, repara el juego con Origin:
1- Abre Origin
2- Ve a la sección "Biblioteca de Juegos"
3- Haz clic derecho en la portada de Los Sims 4 y selecciona "Reparar juego"
Simplemente no me deja acabar la instalacion
