NO SE PUEDE EJECUTAR LOS SIMS4 CON LA TARJETA DE VIDEO DE ESTE SISTEMA

¡Buenos días!

Ayer instalé Los Sims 4 para PC (sin expansiones, sólo el juego base). Todo bien. Pero al ejecutarlo para jugar me apareció una ventanita que me decía lo siguiente:

"No se ha podido inicializar: 

No se puede ejecutar Los Sims 4 con la tarjeta de vídeo de este sistema. Comprueba si cumple las especificaciones mínimas y si tienes instalados los controladores de vídeo más actualizados. [0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:80010000:00000000]"

Busqué sobre este problema entre la comunidad, y he visto que le ha pasado a más gente. He seguido algunos pasos y consejos antes de escribir este mensaje, tales como reparar el juego a través de origins, instalar los drivers más recientes de la gráfica, desinstalar e instalar otra vez... pero no consigo encontrar la solución. 

He comprobado que se necesita lo de "dxdiag" así que lo adjunto por si lo necesitamos.

    Hola @Breen_46,

    Ante todo, necesitamos saber cuales son las especificaciones de tu ordenador:

    -Dale a Inicio / ejecutar... y escribe "dxdiag". (Si tienes Windows 8 puedes hacerlo usando el buscador de la esquina superior derecha)
    -Te saldrá una ventana nueva con info de tu ordenador. Abajo, dale a "Guardar la información...".
    -Esto generará un archivo de texto con la info de tu ordenador. La única información personal es el nombre del equipo, que puedes encontrar entre las primeras líneas y borrar si quieres.
    -Sube ese archivo aquí, usando el botón "Examinar..." que verás al responder a este mensaje.

    Eso es lo único que necesitas en principio, tras instalarlo el juego debería funcionar.

    Tu driver gráfico parece estar instalado correctamente, ¿te aparece el mensaje de error de la tarjeta de vídeo al intentar iniciar Los Sims 4?

    Buenas,

    Disculpar yo tengo el mismo error de no se puede ejecutar los SIMS4 con la tarjeta de video de este sistema. La verdad que el equipo es antiguo pero creo debería funcionar. Os adjunto el DXDiag para ver si me podéis ayudar.

    Desgraciadamente no, tu equipo usa un chip integrado Intel que es demasiado viejo y Los Sims 4 no se puede ejecutar en este. Siento no tener mejores noticias ☹️
