Este error suele ocurrir por mods, puede que la partida esté corrupta. Sería buena idea probar a revertir la partida a un estado anterior: https://help.ea.com/es-es/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/how-to-restore-a-previous-saved-game-in-the-sims-4/
