Sims 4 on Windows 7 won't launch

Good afternoon,

I have this message everytime i try to open The Sims4 on my PC

My PC is the following:

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (6.1.7601) (es-ES)

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz (4 virtual) (X64)

RAM: 12 GB

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5450

The PC is not reccomendable to upgrade to Windows 10.

What can I do to solve thios problem?
