TS4 NOT OPENING AT ALL

I already cleared caché, repaired the game 3 times, closed and relaunched the EA App, updated the game, removed all mods and cc, and it's still not opening, last update, I still had this same issue, the game wouldn't open at all, but didn't give it much importance since I didn't want to play, but the same issue is still present.
I currently play on a MacBook M1, haven't had any issue, since the last update.
