J'ai acheté un kit un pack Sims 4, ne le voyant pas sur mon compte j'ai refait le paiement. Résultat, je me retrouve débitée 2 fois sur mon compte bancaire alors que je n'ai le jeu qu'une seule foi. Comment se faire rembourser le kit pack payé en trop ?
