da qualche settimana non riesco ad avviare the sims 4, mi dava sempre errore: initialization error at start up.

Ho contattato l'assistenza via chat e ho provato a reinstallare, svuotare la cache ecc. Il problema persiste.

Oggi ho avviato il gioco e stranamente riesco a vedere la schermata iniziale del logo the sims 4, ma dopo qualche secondo si chiude tutto dandomi errore:

"the game has run out of memory"

come posso risolvere? da cosa dipende?
