Hey @ISKC2009 if they have separate Origin accounts then they should not be able to access content in the other one's game? Is it a shared Mac or do they each have their own?

It is a shared Macbook Pro.

What do you meant by share and delete each other's stuff? Do you mean games in Origin or their Sims 4 user data such as saves?
Have they each registered a copy of the game to their own Origin accounts? When they log into Origin in each Mac user account are they using their own Origin accounts? - EA_Darko6 years ago

Hey @ISKC2009 if they are sharing a Mac then it could be a case that they are logging into each other's accounts and playing the others save game.
What you could try yourself is to log into one of the accounts, load up the save and play around for a few minutes making some noticeable changes. Once done, exit out of the game, sign out of Origin and then log into the other account and launch the game to see if you are seeing the same world that you just were playing around in.

I am pretty certain they are logging in to the right games on their own accounts on Origin.. I will try this and let you know how I get on.

They have two seperate Origin log ins for their two seperate SIMs 4 games on the one Origin application on the MAC.
Should they have 2 x Origin Applications on the macbook? Can you even do this? Seems like overkill, and I'm not sure how I'd know who's is who's - I guess I can save the application in each of their names?
On speaking to my daughter she can see her sisters characters in her SIMs 4 save, even though my other duaghter has created these characters in her own game and sims 4 save, using her own Origin log in on her own SIMs game.
