Can't connect to the Gallery + Sims Delivery Error (2024)

I've been having a problem connecting to the gallery for a few weeks now. When I try to go online in the gallery it loads forever and ever and never ends up connecting even though my EA account is on...

Rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, repair the game then launch. Does it work?

Just tried that out, and unfortunately, it doesn't work either. ☹️
Is there anything else I can do?

    I have Mcafee, but I'm not sure how to modify those settings if there is a problem.
