Can't connect to the Gallery + Sims Delivery Error (2024)

I've been having a problem connecting to the gallery for a few weeks now. When I try to go online in the gallery it loads forever and ever and never ends up connecting even though my EA account is on...

Do you have any 3rd party antivirus or blocking software installed that may be interfering?

I have Mcafee, but I'm not sure how to modify those settings if there is a problem.
