My sims game keeps giving me the error code 00000008:0000000000000000 on my macbook.
I've tried everything: exceptions on mcaffee, repairing the game, clearing cache, restarting my computer.
Does anyone know, if this is a common issue, and what I can do to fix it?
@firequeen76I specifically turned off firewall on McAfee. That seemed to work. When I turned it back on it didn't work, so must be that. I hope you make it work! ☹️
Thank you I tried to turn off the firewall on Kaspersky. But everything I turned off on my antivirus it didn’t seem to help.
I’m also not sure what changed because it was working and then it wasn’t and I didn’t do anything different. But I appreciate the help. I am still trying to make it work.
As you're both using antivirus that is more than likely interfering with these SDX drops I can't be any further help. If you do figure out what specific thing in the antivirus is blocking the SDX delivery please do post back to help others 🙂
