Can't download origin on Macbook air

@allyy_1321 Origin should work fine on a 2015 macbook air. Origin stopped working with mac OS Yosemite a couple of months ago, but the problem was supposed to have been solved. (If you'd like, you can upgrade to at least El Capitan just to make sure that isn't the issue, but that shouldn't be necessary.)
I'm not sure whether Origin downloaded and won't install, or whether it won't download at all, but you can check your browser history and your downloads folder for any Origin-related files. You might also try a different browser; Firefox works well for me.
Here's a post with several other troubleshooting steps you can take. They generally refer to being unable to download games, but most of them can apply to any downloading or connection issue.
If none of this works, please post your mac's specs as described in the following post. It's also a good idea to check on your free storage, which will be under the "Storage" tab in the same window.
