can't find modified EACore.ini file

I modified EACore.ini file to open up R&D mode and now I can't find the file. Yesterday, while Origin was down, I didn't know, and I was wondering why my download speeds were so slow. I did some research, and I was told to download in R&D mode. Now after the game is downloaded, I want to get out of R&D mode, but I can't find the file to delete anymore. The only .ini files I have in my EA folder are Options.ini and UserSetting.ini.
