- Actually no it doesn't because I used every single guide in there and not a single one solved the problem.

You’re running Sierra, an unsupported version of macOS for the Sims 3. That is clearly stated under the heading - Playing on a Mac released since 2013 and running macOS 10.8 Mountain Lion or later. All you can do is try the workarounds, there is no magical solution.
