EA app says open but there is no window

I tried to play off-line last night and when I turned it off-line something broke in the EA app. When I click the EA app it shows a little dot at the bottom of it on the dock on my MacBook but when I click all windows nothing shows up. I can’t place Sims I can’t even see any games I have it’s a blank screen. I’ve restarted my computer, I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app several times, I cleared the cache, i’ve done a recovery nothing has worked. I’ve tried to start a new Sims folder I got rid of all of my mods took out all of my saves and still nothing.
