I am having the same issue. Certain lots won’t load - getting stuck on load screen in both live travel and manage worlds. I’ve completely uninstalled and reinstalled both EA and all content twice - totally discarding all saves, no mods or cc…. and same results but now the crashing is happening as well. I noticed this started when blast from the past event began and after.
