Endless loadingscreen when starting Sims4 on iMac 2024

OS: 15.4 

Hello, when you launch the Game it gets Stuck During the loading screen. We have already reinstalled the game and the EA app and also deleted all files under the library directory.   Even repairing or installing without mods and extensions didn't help. Please help us.
