Ever since the Update

Question

Ever since the update I have had trouble getting the EA app to open on my MacBook Air. I click on it and nothing happens. On the off occasion it does open, I play for a little bit and then it completely freezes. I can't press or do anything so I have to force quit it every time. I have only been playing on mac for a few months and this is the only time I have ever had a problem. I would love to play after the new update but I can't. Even playing station network is down right now so I don't really have anything else to do! Has anyone else ever had this problem??

I’m having the same issue. I was playing fine until the new event update and now it freezes when I’m playing and I have to force quit or I can’t even get past the loading screen. They need to fix it&nbsp;

abbyh26 you state you're having an issue with EA App but then go on to say you can play for a bit. Is the problem with EA App or with the Sims 4 game?
zoezoey101 what troubleshooting steps have you taken to try and resolve the issue? Which exact model Mac are you using?
