But you're still trying to play a Modded game right? It doesn't matter if the Mods are from trusted creators or not, they can still break and be incompatible with the current patch level of the game or conflict with other Mods. "Trusted creators" isn't an official title for 3rd party content creators.

Read the opening post and follow the instructions to try a completely new, clean Sims 4 game, free of all your existing user data and then copy over ONE save. What happens in your game? Judging by your quoted comment above your game does indeed launch but the issue appears when you add Mods.
Hi,
Thanks for helping me out! Completely understand regarding the mods, I just wanted to provide some clarity on which Mods I was using, most of which are from creators EA has directly collaborated with.
I have again created a "Clean" Sims 4 Game, and tried the following:
- Fresh Folder, nothing copies: Game works fine
- Copying Tray Files: Game works fine (Thank god)
- Copying 1 Save: Game works fine
- Mods: Game works fine
- Copying ALL Saves: Game opens once, but once closed will not reopen
Seems like the issue is with my Saves. Due to the volume of Saves I have, I will just have to cut my losses with them, as it will take too much time to go through one by one.
Thanks again for you help!

Thanks :) I don't think EA collaborating with creators necessarily endorses all of their content.
Try each of your save files individually as it may be only one that's corrupted.
