I legitimately don't have the camera (which I'm guessing is the insert media icon), or the paper clip icon, so I have no clue if it's an ongoing issue or not. In regard to the way I'm trying to upload files, I'm trying to drag them from my desktop to my reply. So, no I haven't tried the insert media button, as I believe I don't have it in my taskbar (I think that's what the little bar under my reply is called). I am so sorry for this issue and appreciate any help I can get.
