game not working

the game loads, however, once in a saved file it lags continuosly and whenever I press a key to move around it gets stuck and infinitely moves in that direction. it's impossible to click anything and even rotating the camera doesn't work and triggers that infinite shift from before. the game keeps getting stuck, making it impossible to play. this is also valid in build/buy mode. I already tried repairing the game but doesn't work.
