Hi, I encountered a problem where even though I have updated my game to the latest version in Origin ( - or that's what Origin says), the game version still shows 1.66.139.1220 in the game folder. I can see the new scenario in the latest update delivery though. I have disabled all my mods, and have updated my computer system to the latest version. I'm wondering what's happening here. Thanks in advance!
Thank you very much for the reply! I have tried that method several times and the new file still shows the exact previous game version. I'm not sure why it is, and a little bit worried that a few mods might not support previous game versions with their updated ones.
It shows the old version on the first page.
I downloaded the game from Origin.
And I just tried the Origin reset tool, deleted and re-installed the latest version of Origin. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working, as it still shows the old game version on the main page.
It worked! Not sure about the reason but it finally worked. Thank you very much!
