help my game is broken hasn't launched for months, just won't run at all
my sims 4 game won't launch ☹️ it hasn't for months and idk why ive tried uninstalling it multiple times, multiple repairs, my game is up to date as far as I know and my origin is as well, I went through my CC as well several times I deleted everything that was KNOWN to be broken, I updated everything that needed updates too

Does it still happen with none of your current user data in the new Sims 4 folder?
