I cant play sim4 with my MacBook

hello!

I bought sim4 and start to play with it , it was smooth when choose the features blablabla something on the character I need to create, but as we can twist the face or other part of the character it start lag on the screen and I can't move I only can restart the whole MacBook.

I tried it 4 times can someone help me? Thank you
