[INFO REQUEST] Sims 4 Cats and Dogs always shows 'Download' in Origin

If the Cats & Dogs EP is always giving you the option to Download in Origin, even though you have downloaded it, please provide more details in this thread. What macOS version are you running? ...

What macOS version are you running? 10.13.1 High Sierra

Are you running any antivirus/firewalls? No

Does the game actually play and save ok? Yes

Are you launching it from within Origin or through the Sims 4 app in your Applications folder? From my Applications folder

Have you tried the Origin reset tool? Yes, twice
