Loading help

I’m having an issue with The Sims 4, which I downloaded today. Whenever I leave Create a Sim, I get stuck on the loading screen for what feels like forever.

I’ve already tried restarting the game, restarting my computer, and repairing the game, but nothing has helped. This is actually the second computer I’ve tried this on, and I’m having the exact same problem on both.

I can finish creating my Sim without any problems, but as soon as I click “Done”, the game just gets stuck on the loading screen with the spinning Sims symbol and never actually loads into the game.
