    so I just had that same issue, and I have an external screen but I unchecked the "Retina display' in sims settings and it appears to work as of now

    @kokoniasta This is it 🤩 Thank you!

    Before any other changes, untick retina display and apply changes. Only then change back to full screen mode. 

    @Bluebellflora my screen is a Samsung F24T35FH
