Sure
Version- 12.6.2
Mac mini- (M1, 2020)
Chip- Apple M1
Memory- 8GB
Startup disk- Macintosh HD
Also, my monitor is a Sceptre F27 and uses 1920 x 1080 resolution.
I'm playing the normal version of sims 4 and have the 64-bit & metal version of the sims 3. I have cc in both games. I'll try removing it and see if it does anything.
EDIT: I tried removing all my cc, it didn't do anything. I tried editing the resolution in the options.ini file, but the changes just reverted when I launched the game. And removing the options.ini file from my sims 4 files to create a new one. Nothing worked.

This seems to be an issue with Apple silicon Mac minis. I've merged your thread into this one. Disable Retina display in the Game Options and you should be good to go.
