Can you update OS X to a later version? That should sort out the the problem as it may be an AMD driver issue in Lion.
Please help me. Im getting the video card error. Ive tried to do everything I could. HELP!!!!
MacOs high sierra
version 10.13.6
macbook air ( 11 inch, early 2015)
Processor 1.6 GHz intel core i5
memory 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB
It was working before but the sims updated and now I cant play

Open your Config.log file. Near the top, under Graphics Device Info please copy and paste the first seven lines, down to Driver version, here.
