New computer - game loads but items are missing

I got a new computer this week, copied everything from the previous computer. The game opens fine. As far as I can tell, all the packs I own are listed as installed. But when I click on one of my lots, I get this error (see screenshot), which tells me that certain items were removed and others were replaced because either they are not installed on my computer, or the account that is signed in (mine, same account I always use) does not own them. 

This has occurred 3 separate households (so far). 

no CC or mods.  Mac OS 26.6.2, brand new MacBook Pro M5.
