Objects cant move using 0 and 9 and cant raise the floor

Hi can someone help me. Because  I cant move my objects up and down using 0 and 9, it was working yesterday but when I rearranged my build suddenly It wont work. And also I want to raise my floor, an...

For the 0 and 9 issue, you may have interfering camera states. Try trashing the VideoCameraStates.ini file in your Sims 4 folder.

What do you mean raise your floor? Are you referring to the platform tool? Are you running the Legacy version of the game?
