After the Origin to EA upgrade on the newer MacOS my progress on Sims 4 is gone :(((
Does anyone know what i can do about this or how to get it back???
If you're saying your saves and/or saved households and builds are gone, that's probably an iCloud Drive issue. Please see the first post of this master thread:

Omg thank you so much!! I was positive it was gone because it wouldn't show up anywhere but it was REALLY hidden in my iCloud Drive and was looking for the longest but managed to find it by searching "slot" up on the Finder Search,, which should've been common sense :/ LOLL
