A screenshot of the message? After I force quit the game because it doesn't launch I get a popup asking if I want to report the issue, I clicked yes and it gave me a huge list of "problem details and system configuration" - that's where I saw the message, I'll leave a screenshot.

Thanks. In the Macintosh HD > Applications > EA Games folder, is there also a Sims 4 Packs folder in there?
In System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access does EA App and The Sims 4 have access enabled?

The Sims 4 folder didn't have full disk access!!!! OMFG thank you so much <3, It's all working now!!!

Ha ha great! Make sure you keep CleanMyMac off your computer so nothing is changed without you allowing it 🙂
