Sims 4: Error code 801
I just installed the Star Wars Expansion Pack and every time I go load my game (after creating my character), I get the Error Code 801. Do you know why this is happening?

The game crashes and shows Error 801 message telling me to relaunch the game whenever i try to load a game or start playing with a sim.
Its happened ever since I got the Eco game & fully updated everything after the 4th June update.
I just want to play the new game ☹️ please help!

Are you using Mods? If so please move the Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file in your Sims 4 folder then see if you still get the error.Thank you so much. I've tried to do from your advice, But It's still error.😢

Can you move your whole Sims 4 folder to the desktop then launch the game and start a new save to see if it still happens?
